CruZader Action Figure

Here's another commission from another Kickstarter campaign called CruZader by Omar Morales.  CruZader was made using a 6" Darth Maul action figure with a DC Universe Starman head.  The spear was made using a toothpick, wooden dowel rod, and blister pack plastic that was sculpted over.  The rosary was made using beads and soldering wire.

Shadowman Action Figure

This was a commission for my friend, Travis Fowler, who wanted me to make a Shadowman action figure from Valiant Comics.  I made Shadowman out of a DC Universe Aquaman (blue camo suit).  The Sengese Blade was used with a wooden dowel rod for the staff and the blade was made using the plastic from action figure packages.  I added some sculpt on the gloves, boots, and the blade.

Stray Action Figure

I met a really cool friend of a friend named Vito Delsante at New York Comic Con earlier this month.  I got to talking with him and he sold me on his pitch for his new comic, Stray.  Click on the link below to check out his Kickstarter Campaign.  Please support and share it if you can.

Stray was made with a Mattel DC Superman Public Enemies action figure.  The weapon can be a bo staff, can come apart as escrima, or can be capped off as a baton.

Atomic Robo Action Figure

I've been a really big fan of the Atomic Robo comic book.  Atomic Robo has been on my list of action figures to make for a long time, but I finally had a good plan on how to put him together.  Atomic Robo was made using a Marvel Legends 1st Appearance Iron Man.  The boots and belt accessories came from a Return of Marvel Legends Wave 4 Ultimate Captain America.  The big bomb was made using parts of 2 bottles of bubbles and foam arrows from Dollar Tree.

Aya Action Figure

This is a commission job from pulp writer, Barry Reese.  His is son is a huge fan of the Green Lantern cartoon and loves Aya so he got me to make him one.  Aya was created using a Marvel Legends Wasp action figure.  There was a good amount of sculpt work involved in this one, but getting the joints in the shoulders to keep the paint from rubbing was the worst on this figure.

Daredevil/Punisher Comic Book Bind

This comic book bind is a mix of Mark Waid's Daredevil and all of Greg Rucka's Punisher.  There's a couple of crossover issues of Amazing and Avenging Spider-man as well.
