Multiple Man Action Figure

Long time since I made a new custom.  After listening to my buddy Adam Warrock's X-Factor Mixtape it inspired to make Jamie Madrox aka Multiple Man.

I made 2 of them.  One was made from a ML Captain Marvel and one was made from a ML Nova base.  I used 2 ML Professor X heads and 2 trench coats and arms of a X-2 X-men United Series 2 Cyclops. The only sculpt work I had to do was the on the head.

It feels like it's been ages since I've updated, but it's only been a month.  I've been studying for a Professional Engineer's license exam that I have to take April 8th and 9th.  I can't wait to get back to a normal life of telling jokes and making toys.

So in the mean time I thought I'd share some twitter awesomeness with one of my favorite comic book writers, Mr. Greg Pak .  So a little back story...Greg Pak has an odd obsession with centaurs.  So our conversation via Twitter was something like this.

Gambit - Battle Damage

Ok so it's Valentine's Day!  So basically my friend Corwin and I decided to make a V-day gift for our friend Elizabeth aka "Mistress Lebeau."  If you can tell by her name she MIGHT be a little obsessed with Gambit.  We decided to go with Gambit with battle damage (basically giving an excuse for him to be shirtless).  Hope you like it Liz!

This Gambit was made using a ML Ant Man body, ML Gambit legs, and a ML Wonder-man head.  The staff was made from a wooden dowel rod and the charged card came from a ML Gambit.

Death Gambit - X-men: Hellbound Action Figure

A friend asked me to make him a Death Gambit from X-men: Hellbound #1-3, a tie-in to the Second Coming Crossover.

From the pages of X-men: Hellbound #2

Death Gambit was made with a Marvel Legends Havok, ML Bullseye hands, and a ML Professor X head.  I glued wire for the lining on the shirt, used the trench coat from the ML Gambit, and belt from a ML Captain America.  The demon head is a severed head of Malebolgia from an old Spawn figure I had.  I know it's a lot bigger than the one in the comic but I just thought it looked pretty badass.  Everything else was sculpted.
